regular cornets or trumpets but is designed
like the slide trombone. Many novel effects
are possible with the slide for dance
orchestra or vaudeville. The glissando
effect, phrasing and legato movements are
equally easy. The mechanical construction
is just like the trombone and the
proportions are similar to the cornet. The
tone is sweet and brilliant, the intonation is
perfect."
